Orders & Payments
Online orders must be placed through our online store. Payments are processed securely via: Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Manual payments (like mbway or bank transfer) can take up to 48 hours to be updated after sending payment confirmation.
A confirmation email is automatically sent upon successful order completion.

Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Orders will be shipped within 14-days for ready-dyed pieces. Custom pieces can take up to 6-months.
Delivery times are estimates and not binding. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
The customer must check the parcel upon delivery and notify the carrier of any visible damages within 4-days.

Right of Return
Under Portuguese and EU law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in the exact conditions and in their original packaging.
To exercise this right, notify us by email using the Contact area.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and a 20€ re-stocking fee may be applied - except for defective products or delivery errors.
The right of return does not apply to:
