DELIVERY POLICY

 

This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tinctorium Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) and applies to all orders placed through our website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Information

We strive to ensure accurate and fair delivery pricing. However, due to variations in shipment weight, package size, delivery location, and courier tariffs, all delivery rates provided at checkout are to be considered estimates. The final delivery cost may vary depending on the circumstances of each shipment.

Prices and Delivery Rates

 

All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Costs:

  • Portugal: €8

  • France, Spain, and Italy: €15

  • Other European countries (including the United Kingdom): €20

  • All destinations outside the European Union: €30

These rates are indicative and may vary according to the final weight, volume, or location of the shipment.

Adjustment of Delivery Charges

 

If the actual delivery cost is higher than the amount initially charged at checkout, we will contact the customer via email as soon as possible to provide the official invoice from the carrier and request payment of the difference.


Shipment will proceed only once the additional amount has been received in full.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to the destination and the carrier’s logistics. Packages leave the studio within 14-days (most often 2-5 days).


Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Within Portugal: 2-10 business days

  • Within the European Union: 10–20 business days

  • Outside the European Union: 10–30 business days

Delays caused by customs, public holidays, or courier operations are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for compensation or order cancellation. 

If you need your package quickly, let us know and we will do our best to expedite the next day.

Shipment Tracking

 

Each order includes a tracking link provided by the carrier. Once your order has been processed, packed, and confirmed for shipment, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.


This link allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time until delivery is completed.


Please note that it may take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking data to become active on the carrier’s website.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

 

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees.


Customs delays do not engage Wear Tinctoria's liability.


These charges are not included in the delivery fee displayed at checkout and must be paid directly by the customer, where applicable. Should a package be returned because the customer did not pay the applicable taxes and duties, a €20 restocking fee with be deducted from the refund.

Modifications to the Delivery Policy

 

Wear Tinctoria reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect upon publication on our website. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

Force Majeure

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control ,including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, severe weather conditions, or customs delays ,delivery times may be extended.

Wear Tinctoria shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by such events.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

This Delivery Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by Portuguese law.


In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the courts of Cascais, Portugal.
